Notifications
The notifications are intended for users to collaborate in real time. It also serves as a notification centre for important events occurring across the system.
Inbox: This tab will show you notifications and messages that have been addressed to you
Starred: Items that you mark as start in your inbox will appear in this tab.
Channels: You can create channels to group and organize your internal communications. Users can join channels that they are interested in.
Direct Messages: This tab allows you to chat with with other users on Accon in real time.
Private Channels: Unlike Channels, Private Channels are restricted channels and requires you to invite users to join the channel.
You can also see the notifications in the upper toolbar.
How to view all records in a list view?
On the right side, below the search box, we will see a series of icons that will show us the viewing options we have. In the contact module, for example, we can select between kanban and list view modes.
Typically, a list view will show a maximum of 80 records per page with an option to move to next or previous page. To view all records in a list view, click on page count at the bottom and enter the range of records you wish to see. For example, 1 - 100 / 200 will display 100 records from a total of 200 and 1 - 200 will display all 200 records.
