Adding a condition in the Add custom filter section does an OR search. For example, Customer Name contains John OR Customer Name contains Doe. You can perform AND searches by adding separate custom filters and applying each one before adding the next one. You can also save your filters based under the Favourites menu. To do this, simple setup the filter and then go into Favourites menu (star icon) and save current search. To auto load this filter when you open the current list view, you can enable the "Use by Default" feature.
