How to schedule an activity for documents such as appointments, opportunities, etc..?
You can schedule activities for a series of objectives/documents using the Schedule activity link in the message section at the bottom of document.
You can also create new activity types or edit the default ones.
How to create new types of activities?
The default selections available for the types of activities when programming activities such as: Email, Meeting, Calls, Task to be performed...
You can add new activities by clicking on the CRM icon from the applications menu and using the sub-menu (icon+), go to Settings-> Activity types and click on the Create button.
How to create contact addresses for company ?
You can create multiple contacts in a company with the Accon software. Go to the sales module and using the submenu (icon +), navigate to Customers. Open the customer record an scroll down to the " Contacts and addresses " tab and click Create.
You can create different types of addresses for the company to store shipping addresses, invoice addresses. etc. Simply select the type of address when creating the contact.
